I have a client who is in the process of starting his own business, so he had a very limited budget. We were able to work out a compromise; in which he gave me the one thumbnail for me to turn into a professional format, plus he was ok with only being allowed one revision. He was very pleased with the final product, and only had to do minor tweaks as part of his revision. His business is a renovation company called E-2 Eagle Eye Painting and Finishing.
